VENDO Sold Out Switch

For Vendo These are the sold out switches that go behind or under the sold out levers. May be used in pairs. The grey and black one on the right is the curent style that will be shipped. It may replace either the yellow or white version in your machine.
In some of the older single price machines, these switches are also used on the motors along with plastic arms on the rotating cams to determine when to stop the cradle or bail bucket during it's rotation so as to only drop one soda at a time even though you have them stacked two deep or one in front of the other.
Down with the motors these switches also lock out accepting any money until the rotation has finished, so it cuases additional money to just fall right through. These are also the switches that prevent more than one motor from operating at the same time, by cutting the circuit back to the selection buttons, thus preventing 2 different sodass to be purchased at the same time for the same payment. Sometimes the operation of one column is actually affected by the switches in a different column going bad, and thus locking out the operations of this column.
BECAUSE THESE SWITCHES ARE DESIGNED SMALL AND CHEAPLY THE BROWN DIE-ELECTRIC SHEETS MUST BE USED AS SEPARATORS TO PREVENT SHOCK HAZARD. *** REMEBER YOU ARE DEALING WITH 110Volt AC in a WET ENVIROMENT.
Likewise when you remove the screws holding the switches to the motors, there is a very small brown or black metal piece on the back of them that contains the screw threads. Be sure to catch this piece when replacing the switches, or you will have nothing to screw the new screws into.
